Our Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
Your item should be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from damage or alterations

How to Return
Simply email us at sales@abstractchimp.com or contact us through our customer service chat. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items
Some items can't be returned, such as:

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Simply request a return for your current item and place a new order—we'll get you sorted right away!

Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued promptly. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven't seen your refund after 15 business days, contact us at sales@abstractchimp.com.
